The good news we have all been waiting for – Cannock Chase Real Ale and Cider Festival is returning in 2022 after an enforced absence of two years due to Covid! We are returning to our usual and well loved venue, the Prince of Wales theatre in Church St. Cannock and will be open from 5.00pm on Thursday 15th September, and 12.00 midday on both Friday, 16th, and Saturday 17th. The bars close at 11.00pm on all nights.
We have already booked our entertainment and will see the welcome return of Stone Cold Soberish on Friday evening and a new band, Rocket 51 on Saturday. As always, we need volunteers to run the festival, and so would all branch members who are able to help please inform the staffing officer and treasurer, Phil Haywood as soon as possible. We shall be holding monthly committee meetings to arrange all aspects of the festival, starting on Wednesday 20th April at the Linford Arms, Cannock starting at 7.30pm. If you are able to offer your services please come along – without volunteers we cannot run the event!
The Cannock Chase CAMRA branch has now organised six previous and successful beer and cider festivals, all held at the Prince of Wales Theatre in Cannock town centre. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and all those who have worked so very hard every year, enabling it to go ahead. Lets make this years return one to remember!

2017
We were incredibly proud to produce another highly successful festival.
2018
Another great years festival at the Prince of Wales despite Network Rail cutting Cannock off from the rest of the world on Saturday! Lets hope it was worth it now we are electrified!
